Firstly, I'd like to point out, it is next to impossible that your parents stop loving you. You are a very important part of their life. They may be going through a tough time, taking out their anger on you because you are their source of support or there must be some reason like that. And I personally believe we need to stand by the ones we love, especially if we expect them to do the same in our time of need.
Secondly, if you reallly believe this and are unable to cope with it, it is advisable to see a counsellor. Counselors are trained professionals who will not only help you cope through any kind of emotional pain, but also, if in need of such help, will guide you through a decision-making and carrying out process.
Don't worry, think positive to make life better for yourself. :)
