Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia, is a lively and cosmopolitan city of 1.4 million people. The spectacular Twin Towers, one of the tallest buildings in the world, dominate the skyline. Surrounding the Twin Towers is Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). Here you can find beautiful parks and fountains next to KLCC's high quality Suria shopping mall, with its many restaurants and cafes. KLCC is part of the prestigious Golden Triangle district, the commercial and business heart of the city. It is also famed for its nightlife, and young people fill its many bars, clubs and cafes. Kuala Lumpur is a multi-racial and multi-cultural city and retains much of its traditional character, despite all the recent development. The historic Chinatown and Little India districts are wonderfully picturesque. Grand buildings of the colonial period surround Merdeka (Independence) Square, which boasts the tallest flagpole in the world. The railway station, dating from 1911, has a fantastic skyline of Moorish-style minarets and arches. Kuala Lumpur is famed for its wide range of eating opportunities. There are numerous hawker and noodle stalls, offering tasty and inexpensive meals. The city's restaurants cover a great variety of cuisine - Malay, Chinese, Indian, Nyonya, Thai, Japanese, Italian - and many others. Today Kuala Lumpur is one of South East Asia's leading cities. It has a lot of charm and character - and much to offer as an environment in which to study, learn and enjoy life.

There is no way to tell without inspecting the home and it's surroundings. Who knows what may have happened to it in almost 20 years. I live in a mobile park and I know for sure that less than 10 % of the 300 people here ever actually do maintenance on their home . -Also concerning parks, there are excellent parks, good parks and a few like "trailer park city". -That definitely has an impact on prices.
People in Washington DC interact with their surroundings much the same as other people in other areas. Depending on the surroundings, they walk in parks, visit museums, and enjoy the scenery in the city.
