I need to pass a urine test in 11 days and I have a fast metabolism and don't have much body fat. I smoke 1-2 times a week. What is the fastest way to detox from weed?

Stop use immediately. Stop your intake of fats. Cut down on carbs and sugar and start drinking a gallon of water a day at least (don't over do it, you can drown.) Taking 2 Niacin before bed for three nights in a row will help to clear out fats where THC is stored. Do not take during the day because it makes you itchy and turns your skin red. It can be found anywhere they sell dietary supplements (Wal-Mart). Mid week would be ideal for that. In the days surrounding those three treat yourself to some vodka (not much, just enough to catch a nice buzz). The day before you go in for testing have yourself a couple nice greasy burgers to establish a fresh clean layer of fat free of THC.
