It could possibly be because you have it on the wrong channel once it goes blank. That was the problem I had with it anyway. If you were using a normal cable before you will need to remove it, then reset your ps3.

I'm guessing you are referring to your PC/laptop. Make sure you always turn your computer off correctly, go to start, select shut down and then wait until the screen goes blank before cutting the power.
A warm boot.
Probably because the game or system is just old, try restarting, turning it on and off or blowing out the dust. Sometimes it might be over heated if you had been playing alot on it that day. if nothing works try replacing the game or the system.
Interference of this type indicates a serious problem in your structures electrical system. The grounding line which your LED screen is plugged into is carrying too much current. Aside from the interference on your TV, and the likelihood of the destruction of any thing plugged into this circuit there is a serious risk of death by electrocution. To stop the interference, and to remove this hazard, you need to have your homes electrical system grounded properly. This can only be done by a qualified electrician.
Be sure to save all your important data to another media(CD, DVD, or external hard drive) before restarting your computer.
Plug 'n' Play (PnP).
Either by replacing with a new heatsink or unplugging the fan. I do not recommend unplugging the fan, it will probably over heat your system. I do recommend buying a zalman CNPS9500 and installing that to cool your processor quietly.
