If you get it in your Pokedex, put up a shiny eevee Lv. 100 on GTS asking for arceus any and I will trade you one.

catch giratina, dialga and palkia, then get the arceus flute through a wi-fi event then go to spear pillar and there should be stairs leading up to arceus. the event has been and i even though i have caught all 3 Pokemon i missed the event! :( get it through trade with someone who has it.

You can get arceus if you get the azure flute (sadley you HAVE to get that by trading or event) you go up to the spear piller after you have captured palkia/dialga and a soft tune will play. Use the azure flute and a staircase will appear out of nowhere.go up it and arceus will be waiting for you you can also try a glich.

You're going to need action replay or an iCheat, as you missed the Arceus event. The Arceus event was basically this thing where Diamond, Pearl and Platinum players could get an Azure Flute to find Arceus with. Ok, so once you've got your Azure Flute, go up to Spear Pillar. The game will ask you if you want to play the Azure Flute. Click yes and a really long staircase will appear. Go up the staircase and Arceus will be resting at the top. Be warned as he is level 80, the highest leveled wild Pokemon in the game, apart from the level 81-100 Magikarps you can catch at the Resort Area.

But, you are screwed if you dont live in the us or puerto rico :) Another way to get to get Arceus is through a cheat device such as Action Replay. You can use the device to obtain the Azure Flute which will then allow you to find Arceus.

Sorry you cant, the events over, i missed it too.But you can get arceus from AR(action replay), wifi trading (if you've seen it) or future arceus events (unlikely but maybe)
