Origin of the witch?

Before modern medicine, which is only a couple of hundred years old, people used to cure themselves naturally. A witch meant wise. Women who birthed babies for thousands of years were recently called witches by male doctors practicing modern medicine. Cures that were used for centuries by families and villages, usually performed by women became demonized by Christianity and Modern Medicine. Their long traditions have come back as Midwives and Homeopathic medicine.

I need Help as I have recently become aware that my face has started to spot. By this I'm mean not bad acne but generally around my periods. Is there any quick remedies that will help me?

this is a puberty thing, nothing too serious, especially around your period when your hormones go on a rampage, there are some good over the counter remedies, ask your pharmacist, also it would be a good idea to see a dermatologist who may give you a treatment before it gets worse, also a dermatologist will advise to a cleansing regiment.

I noticed just recently that a mole I have has changed colour. It used to be a solid orange-y colour but has adopted a darker ring around the outside. Why is this?

Please, show it to a dermatologist as soon as possible! Malignant Melanoma could arise from moles. Malignant Melanoma is a type of skin cancer, which does not stay just in the skin, but could spread to other parts/organs of the body. When a mole changes in size, colour, surface, ulcerate, or bleed, it is a wise move to show it to a doctor (preferable a dermatologist), just to be sure.
