Yes, it's perfectly fine. It can get uncomfortable if you have a thin mattress though! No belly sleeping or back after the first trimester, it's bad for the baby.

I am not for sure if it is bad or not. But I do know that during the first trimester, alot of nuerological stuff is going on. If you want your baby to be as healthy as they can be you need to take prenatal vitamins:)

You can cramp in the first trimester and not miscarry. Miscarriage is more often associated with cramping and bleeding, so if you have both then you have more cause to worry. One without the other is less serious, usually. As always, if you are concerned ask your doctor/midwife.

No. It is not bad for women to eat the flour. In the first trimester women eat many types of bizarre items without the knowledge of others. You take her in confidence and then she will tell you. Then GOD only saves the fetus from the ill effects of such items.
