No. Once clothes are bleached, they cannot be unbleached. This is because bleach doesn't just cover up color, it actually destroys color. The only hope is trying to re-dye the clothes or start a new fashion trend!
It foams up and turns in acid!! Do not touch, or breath in!!
because the water might touch electrical appliance or electrical cords.Ect.....
Depends what the substance is! Yes, a pH of 13 is VERY high. Depending on the substance, it can be safe to touch (such as bleach), but probably not to drink. There is more to consider than pH when deciding whether something is dangerous, though.
Bleach. Also, ammonia is a base that is found in many cleaning products.
Well, the reaction between Sulfuric acid and Sodium chloride is well known H2SO4 + NaCl -> Na2SO4 + HCl This reaction is used very commonly as a viable source of Hydrogen chloride and sodium sulphate Sodium hypochlorite is NaOCl, so the reaction with sulphuric acid 'should' go more like this: H2SO4 + NaOCl -> Na2SO4 + HCl + SO2 Note that mixing Sulfuric acid and Bleach produces some extremely dangerous products. HCl and SO2 are toxic, and in the case any further reactions take place - say if Thionoyl chloride is produced in the reaction, it could mean one's life as some of these are extremely toxic. Take every precaution and don't breathe any of the fumes or let any of the liquids/mists touch your skin/clothes! it is not mustard gas though, which is Cl2 (what you get when you mix bleach and ammonia)
No you are not able to change your Sims clothes on the Sims 3 for iPod Touch. You can change your Sims clothes in the PC version.
Of course not
the same way you'd touch her if she was wearing clothes.

I really have no idea! I was wondering the same thing!
It will not hurt as long as it is on the hair. You should not touch the scalp or your hands with it as it will burn and you should never use household bleach because your hair will dissolve in it.
There are many harmful chemicals(chemials) that one could get in touch with. One such chemical would be bleach. Many people use bleach for cleaning but the fumes are toxic when inhaled.
You don't need a patch test. When you use bleach it doesn't touch the scalp. Just make sure you are in a well ventilated area.
