I think I have a good singing voice but when I recorded a song on my webcam it doesnt sound very good is this me or is it the webcam?

Most people DON'T want to hear this, but the way you sound on a recording, is the way youtruly sound =[ Now, different recording devises might sound a little different than others. For example, I notices a cell phone is way off, and a microphone is more like my voice. On a cell phone, you voice might be distorted during the process of recording. But also it is mainly the way you sound =D. Thing is, you hear yourself internally and externally, meaning you hear the vibrations from inside your body (like bones), resulting in you hearing your voice differently than others.
