Okay from a girls point of view i would say the main things to look for are: if she doesn't talk to you as much, doesn't text you very often, doesn't hang around with u at school or anywhere, and if she starts being kind of awkward around you when you talk to her. If she doesn't laugh at the jjokes she would normally laugh at or if she starts kinda bringing up the dreaded we need to talk conversation. well i hope i helped and hope you don't break up, just remember if someone tells you shes gonna break up with you dont break up with her just to be the dumper instead of the dumpee :(
