yes!! noone should really use an ar because then the game is no fun so dont use an action replay. wellthats what i think

When you use an action replay dsi version, you can get it, but otherwise, it must be traded from pokemon soul silver, heart gold, diamond, pearl, or platinum. You can get it from diamond, pearl, or platinum because those games are compatible with soul silver and heart gold. So you can do poke transfer with those games.
