I uninstalled teamviewer but can my partner still see and control my desktop after uninstallation?

not unless that have installed some other program but teamviewer tells you when some one is connected to the computer there is a lot of software that does not tell you and is not able to be spotted vary easily so they sill might be able to but if they can its not by teamviewer

Hey all you need to do to uninstall zwinky/zwinktopia is go to start menu on your desktop. then go to control panel there should be a option called add or remove programs click it and search the list for my web search (zwinky) click the remove button and it should be completely uninstalled.
