You did somethig wrong , two things you needed to do,#1 wash your hair and wait 24hrs berfore bleaching, #2 wash your hair after you bleach at least twice to get the all the bleach out.your hair should be pale yellow and then apply the toner. you must leave the toner on more than 30min. to get the maximum effect , I leave it on more than 45min. its the toner that makes your hair white ,not the bleach. follow the directions on the box and you cant go wrong .

Try using oxy clean powder this may work. I tried oycy clean and it did not work. I used "YELLOW OUT" It is a powder that comes in a plastic 1 lb. 2 oz. container. Most likely I bought it at WalMart, not sure. It worked on a cotton-polyester top that I bleached by mistake, which then turned it a tannish/yellow. I followed the directions on the back of the YELLOW OUT container; soak in a gallon of water with 1/2 cup of YELLOW OUT for 20 minutes and then wash with detergent not containing any peroxide or bleach (use color safe detergent) The top came out bright white!
This question doesn't exactly make much sense, but I'll attempt to answer it. I'm guessing that you're asking if you can cover bleached hair with another colour? If I am correct than, no. I had a friend who had done that and her hair turned a weird brown-ish/gray. If you want to change your hair colour, go to a professional. It will be 100x better.
you use a violet toner when you bleached your hair and it turned bright yellow . The toner will make your hair whiter like platinum blonde.
