I used three of my only rare candies on my Dodrio one or two hours ago but i recently found out that i cant buy Rare Candies i wouldn't have done it if i knew please help For Fire Red?

Here is a way you can get more rare candies, some rare candies can be found with the itemfinder and in caves. Also there is another way you can get more rare candies catch a Pokemon like phanpy or sentret or get a linoone from ruby or sapphire or emerald, now train it to level 70 or higher then keep it in your party and start battling or catching Pokemon just waste time somehow and your linoone will get an item take the item it can be rare candy or ultra ball or revive or potions or rare berries like spelon berry or TM's like hidden power and reflect. You can continously get these items so keep wasting some time and you will have lots of rare candies soon.
