I want to visit the Grand Canyon but have problems breathing above 5000ft due to pulmonary emboli or blood clots is there a place at the canyon that I could go to enjoy it but still be able to breathe?

Go to Eagle Point. It's where the skywalk is. It's at the western end if the canyon. It is somewhat pricey, but it's at 4700', and it's the Grand Canyon. I'm not a huge endorser of it, but if that's your only way to see the canyon, then do it. You won't regret it.
