It depends on on if you have any work expereince, if you have any experience working in retail then you should probably get paid more, if not then you deserve the minimum.

the answer is more of one's personal opinion. in my opinion, if you have no experiense or very little, i think it is a resanable offer. but i would ask them about there raise policies...t.w.
