I want you to listen to me very closely. I was an occultist for many many years, summoning spirits, dealing and bargaining and being toyed by them. Ive seen much of this. Let me tell you something - Yes, you indeed have an evil spirit. It is demonic, and only faith in and the power of Jesus Christ can deal with it. I am a Christian now and I have personally cast out many demons from both people and environments.
I should note that some catholics believe in something called "demonic persecution" which supposedly happens to particularly holy men. Much of what you are experiencing is experienced by these men also - but this idea is terribly unbiblical. The Bible makes it clear that the Lord protects those that are His, and the devil has no power over a follower of Christ.
Demons can be attracted by gross sin, some are territorial - I beg you please to seek Jesus. Do not try to cast him out yourself unless you have true faith in Christ. In the Book of Acts in the Bible, seven sons of Sceva try to cast out devils in the name of Christ without being a follower of His, and the spirits beat them up and send them packing naked.
