this is what i did: the first day i started my diet, i ate normally. eating 4 times a day. normal food. no diet crap. the next day, i didnt eat anything. but i drank water, milk, ect. ect then the next day, i ate fruits and veggies only the following day i only drank water i did this for a few weeks and i lost about 20 lbs :)
