I work for a Transportation Co and have 50 clients that live within a 20 mile area they all work at the same location but live in different locations how do I figure out who to pick up first?

When working for a transportation company, picking up 50 clients going to the same place can be a lot of driving and possible backtracking, without a schedule. If these people live in a 20 miles are, the way to figure out who is picked up first is whoever lives closest to the transporation company. Pick up those who live closest to the farthest.
