Dr. Richard Kline, Jr., MD. may be able to help you with your cosmetic surgery.
They would be called a Surgeon.
You would need to consult a plastic surgeon for this type of surgery.
I'm assuming you mean 'what does a surgeon do' Well, it really depends what kind of surgeon you mean. Surgeons preform surgery on patients. So a brain surgeon would preform surgery on the brain, a knee surgeon on the knee and so on and so forth.
The appendix will be removed surgically by laproscopic or open surgery.
This is done by an orthopaedic hand surgeon.
That would be a matter between his surgeon and himself.
I would go with Thursday for surgery. I would not have it on Monday, the surgeon is probably exhausted from the weekend. On Friday, the Surgeon wants to hurry up and get away. I do not want a quickie surgery done on me. So that leaves Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday when the surgeon will be most competent. I expect to be at the hospital or surgery century most of the next day. I will have a family member off for the weekend on Saturday and Sunday. So for me, that leaves Thursday.
It's important to see a board certified plastic surgeon for this procedure. I would recommend a facial plastic surgeon to you because of their extensive experience and training in nasal surgery.
The price of gallbladder surgery would depend on where the person has the surgery and what the surgeon and the surgical facility charge, and what other tests, etc. might be needed. It will also depend on the type of surgery performed as laparascopic surgery may cost less than open gallbladder surgery. For an accurate price, talk to the surgeon or their staff.

A surgeon's job would most probably include explaining the sugery to the patient and his or her family, booking the OR for the sugery, doing the surgery, following up the prep for surgery and all other clearances needed for the surgery and post op care for the patient.
Yes. The surgeon may feel that a drug user would not be able to survive the surgery and require that a patient successfully complete a rehabilitation program before performing surgery.
