Contact area youth, community, and professional theatres who can call/email you when auditions are available, and a professional theatre that can alert you when youth shows are opening. There are several books on audition techniques, and they should have a list of websites in the back. Also, working regularly with a stage coach, voice teacher, theory teacher, or acting specialist can really boost confidence and skill, and they will know more about how to help get you into auditions, especially if you are working with someone experienced in musical theatre.

It is very hard to find a good life coach. If you have the time you can go to a personal psychologist, they can help a lot. If you're looking for an online life coach, it'll be much harder since most of the sites are scams to get you to buy some book. http://www.coachphyllis.com/article/Building-Self-Confidence---Life-Coaching-Activities.html This is the most helpful online site I have found so far but it doesn't have much of the human contact aspect of a coach.
