There are 16 teams in the top league. After the basic part (52 games everybody with each other 4 times) comes the Play-off. 10 teams go to play-off where places 7-10 play "pre play-off" 7th against 10th and 8th against 9th, best of 5. winners go to regular play-off, 1st vs. last,... best of 7. This means there is quarter-final, semi-final and final. Also the last 4 teams (13th-16th) go to play-out, where they play 2 times againt each other and then the last 2 team play best of 5 with the best 2 team from the league below.
