A tif image is probably the best out of the three. A bitmap (bmp) has good quality when left on its own, but will become grainy or blurred when altered. The pdf format was created to store documents and text, although it does support pictures.
PDF is more flexible but with less editing options vs Native file format is fully editable changeable.
There are several ways in which you can backup email from your account. Using an offline mail client Microsoft Outlook, you can convert your emails to a .pst file for backup. Without an offline mail client, there is the option to convert your emails to a PDF file. This can be done one email at a time in with a Gmail account, or with other providers by downloading a PDF printer or utilizing an online program. See Sources and Related Links for more information about both. You can also convert several email to a single PDF online. See Sources and Related links for more information. The benefit of a PDF file vs. a .pst file is that you can store PDF files on most smart phones and tablets.

Such resources like schematic manuals are provided to authorized service dealers that work on these vehicles. The most direct route would be to call up a dealership, and ask them for a contact number to the Manufacturer who deals with books and service manuals for this year and make of vehicle. I would be wary of the types that "aren't sure". Sometimes you have to shake the tree a little bit before an apple will fall. Another idea is to look into the Haynes and Chilton's manuals that you find at most chain automotive stores. Certain years of vehicle models maintain the same build configurations for 3 - 5 years at a time. I actually found a schematic diagram for my old Geo, and the manual had general schematic diagrms for most GM models, as well as other affiliated names, like Chevrolet, Pontiac, etc. The book was around $21.00. It could even save time if you went to one of these store sites (such as Autozone.com) and see what manuals they carry. The manuals will be listed individually, and your sure to find availability via the online store, vs chasing 2 or 3 in your town. I don't know anywhere on the Internet where you could download a PDF file for such, but if so, it would be from Plymouth's website, and usually for a nominal charge if they have such.
