If a person has can something which I possibly could end up b. Meing in trouble for I'm going to jail, is it wrong to tell on them for a reason that isnt related to all to the situation at hand?

What to say for example that the person was annoying noun Thief haven't been caught. And you knew that some people partying at the house I left some drugs there that the thief doesn't know about normally wouldn't 4th them since they got a strike against them it seems like it's why it could be justified. Besides they shouldn't have been partaking in that anyway.
