I myself cannot cycle to the center of the earth.
The average distance to the centre of the Earth is 6371 km, so 6371 km ÷ 20 km/h = 318.55 hrs 318.55 hours is approximately 320 hours, which is 13⅓ days. Obviously this is theoretically speaking, and you cannot cycle to the centre of the Earth.
I THINK ABOUT AN HOUR. TRY THE EARTH HOUR WEBSITE.
It would take 120 years to go to the center of earth
The sun doesn't go anywhere. It stays at the center of our solar system. However, the sun APPEARS to "go away" because of the rotation of Earth. As Earth rotates, one side of Earth is lit by the Sun, and one side isn't. This is a 24 hour long cycle. So, to answer your question, the Sun APPEARS to go to the other side of Earth, even though this is because it is the Earth that is actually moving, not the Sun.
It takes about 1 hour by road to get to the center of London from Heathrow.
