15 rs . 15 chocolates
then each 3 chocolates will give him as 5 chocolates on replacement
then first 3 chocolates will give him 1 chocolate
then remaining 2 chocolates add up with one which he got previously will one more
total = 15 + 5 + 1 + 1 = 22
