If God is all seeing and made everything why did he not see the greed for power in Lucifer God through lack of foresight actually created the devil and therefore evil?

No one has "greed". They have free will to choose good or evil and THAT is what happened. Since God is all loving he gave all intelligent beings the ability to choose rather than be robots with flesh who followed obediently without any of their own thoughts. Thus, every person ever to be murdered, raped, etc., "God" knew before, and let it go. :)
