Chances are probably not, is it something you have to have okd by a probation officer? or do you have an ankle monitor? If you have a monitor and you have not okd it with PO then deffinetley no you cant. Are you accountable to anyone? To be on the safe side, what is at risk if you are not where you are supposed to be? i think that it should be up to the parents what the curfew should be for there own kid because 12 oclock is way to late to be out on the streets but that just my answer other people might like 12 but u think its way to late and dark out side for a 14 teen year old

If you are serving a sentence of probation, just because you become a certain age does not wipe out any court rulings. You must continue to follow the terms of your probation or you will be violated.
Obviously teens don't like curfew. But i think ( I'm a teen) that 930 to 1030 is a reasonable curfew for parents and teens...
