If I bleed 2 weeks before my period which never did come and all pregnancy tests and 1 blood test said negative then 7 weeks and 4 days later I bleed and cramp lightly could it mean I am pregnant?

Normally the bleeding 2 weeks before periods is called implantation bleeding. If your period didn't come on expected date, it could mean you are pregnant. But since you got your period 5 weeks after your expected period date, and blood test was negative it could mean it was just an irregular period. I'd suggest seeing your doctor if period is not in regular flow. Good luck!
