The standard Burn button from the Mac's Finder will create a single session and close it so that it cannot be added to. To make multiple additions to a CDRW disc use Disk Utility found in the Utilities folder in the Applications folder. Put the files you want to burn into a folder. Open Disk Utility and create a new disk image of the folder you want to burn. Click on the Burn button in the toolbar at the top, select the disc image that you want to burn, and click on Burn again. In the dialog box that opens click the blue triangle on the right hand side for more options. Ensure you tick the "Leave disc appendable" option. Now click Burn to burn the disk. Repeat this procedure to add more stuff to the disc. The final Burn button will have changed to Append. Each addition to the disc will show as a separate disc icon on the desktop.
