If I get a belly ring how long would I have to wait before I get to work out again and how long is the healing process?

I'd say wait about a week or two after you get it done.
It's gonna be sore, so you don't wanna make it worse.
As for healing time, it varies from person to person.
It could take anywhere from 6 months - 1 year.
