This depends on the age of your roof. If your roof is relatively new you may just need to replace a few shingles. If however, your roof is near it's warranty limit you should consider replacing the whole roof.

Find where the leak is and replace the hoses or gaskets which are the culpret.
Detect the leak and replace that part of the pipe. It is usually better to replace the whole piece of pipe. By removing the junk plastic and replace it with quality piping such as copper DWV or NHCI

You should never replace a pan if there is no defect such as,leak,crack,major dents ect. If its not leaking you should leave it alone!

NO. That stuff will cause you more problems. You MUST replace the intake gaskets are you will wind up loosing the whole engine. OIL and engine coolant DON'T MIX.
