the answer to your question is yes. i know from expierience lol i dyed my hair blonde and went swimming about 2 weeks later and now i have green hair lol. it doesnt look very nice but i would advise against it because it is really noticable. it wont go dark green it will go light green. hope this helped! Try using Ion Swimmer's Conditioner and work it through hair prior to swimming. This helps protect against sun damage, prevents green brittle hair, and helps correct damage from Chlorine.
Your hair does sound nice. If you want a nice hair, cut it in the style you like. Personally, I think blonde and side fringe is the nicest.
Yeah but it is likely you would have to grow your original fringe out a bit depending on how long it is.
no
I would try long hair with a side fringe- i have brown eyes and strawberry blonde hair and hair like this
I believe you are referring to cloe
well assuming you are talking about emos and not scene kids, then no you dont. They normally have black hair with blond highlights in the fringe or bangs. but if you are talking about scene kids, then that is something different. they normally have blond hair with bright highlights or coontails.
side fringe

You can try saying something like, "Hey mom, I've been thinking about getting a fringe haircut. What do you think about it?" Providing some pictures or examples might help to give her a visual idea. Remember to approach the conversation in a polite and respectful manner.
