If I have really small teeth big gums and small lips so like most of my gums show when I smile can I get something done to fix my smile?

--> I have the same problem! There is a dental procedure called 'crown lengthening' you can have done. Basically, they cut out a bit of your gums to reveal more of your teeth, giving them a larger appearance. This improves your gum-to-tooth ratio, making your smile more natural looking.
After browsing prices online, the average seems to be around $700 a tooth.
There is also a type of lip reconstruction procedure that seems to 'pull down' your upper lip so you do not reveal as much gum when you smile, but I do not know much about it.
