There is a chance the save data may still be there on the SD card. However the 3DS in no way backs up anything you may have saved, if you delete the game itself. So it's entirely possible that the save data was deleted too and it will not be returned.

∙ 8y agoIn most cases, you will not be able to. When you download a digital game, it does not have any save files, so unless you previously backed up the save data, then it will not come with any saves
