They tell you to put in ur date of birth when they put u 2 quick chat mode
if the Date u put in isn't the same as the one u created your accoutn with they think its underage.

There is no cheats, only bots and if you are caught using a bot you will most likely have you account locked, meaning you won't be able to go on it again. I've been botting on a lvl 3 account at rune ess for 4 months STRAIGHT and haven't been banned. Jagex has recently let a lot of botting slide. They aren't trying as hard anymore.
