Hell was created for the devil, not for man. Jesus died as the perfect sacrifice. Our sin(s) were nailed to the cross with Him. When we die, The Bible says that we close our eyes on this earth and open them in the presence of the Father who will judge us. The devil, known as "the accuser of the brethren", will tell the Father all of the things that we have done wrong in our life. We won't be able to disagree because we all know what we have done wrong. But, before we can be righteously judged by the Father, our intercessor, Jesus Christ will say that we are removed from our guilt and essentially from the scene of the crime because of what He did on the cross.

In order to obtain that intercessory protection, we must accept Christ on a personal basis and be born again in the spirit.

Does the bible say Jesus dipped his soul in hell?

The Canonized Bible does not contain this, in fact there is no reference to Jesus even going to Hell. There may be a reference to this (these) in the Apocrypha, the uncanonized books often contained within Bibles used by Catholic Churches. There is a reference to Christ preaching to "the spirits in prison" (1 Peter 3:19). Some have taken this to mean that Jesus went to Hell and preached to folks in Hell. Others have taken this to mean that Christ preached the gospel to those in Sheol, a shadowy place in between Heaven and Hell, that contained those who died before he came. But this is the only reference that can be interpreted in this way.

Jesus didn't visit hell because he has no right. Jesus is perfect and sinless so he can't go to hell. And anyway, who ever goes to hell can never come out and will have to die forever.

Is the Anastasis and Resurrection the same in early christian iconography?

The Anastasis refers to Jesus' decent into hell after he died. He went there to release people who had lived holy lives before he died from hell into heaven. He is traditionally seen as freeing Adam and Eve from caskets, taking their hands. The Resurrection came after the Anastasis- that is when Jesus actually rose from the dead/from hell. So they are close but not the same.
