There are two Peter Pan stories written by his original creator: Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens (his origin) and Peter Pan and Wendy (the play, novel, movies, etc). The hospital that used to hold the copyright authorized another novel recently: Peter Pan in Scarlet. In addition there are more than a dozen sequels and prequels and such that have been published, but none of them are official.

Not to my knowledge. The closest is in the 1990 revue "Jerome Robbins' Broadway", which featured pieces from Robbins' various musicals, including that version of "Peter Pan". Jack Noseworthy was an understudy for the part of Peter Pan.
