The police, being 16 does not allow any parent to legally kick you out of the house. It is the parents responsibility to make sure that you are cared for until 18. You can go to your local Childrens services and tell them your story. They can direct you where to go or what to do.

Yes he does. His responsibility is just as big as the mother's is and the child have the same needs regardless of what your age is.

No. A few years it was possible, but GA has since changed the law (and frankly, I think they should have changed it long before they did). Now minors must have parental consent in order to marry, even if they're pregnant.
