yes
it could be that you need an alignment on the wheels.
Probably going to need a new tailight assembly
probably your battery is going bad - but could be the alternator as well.
Where is th ticking coming from?? The engine, the tires, the trunk????
The lights are controlled by the Body Control Module (in the fuse box), from a signal on your dimmer switch, also called the multifunction switch. Do not swap out the BCM with a junkyard one, as it must be programed for your car (i am going through this now with my 96 Dodge Stratus)
For my Dodge Stratus, I have to hold down the off button on the remote for 3-5 seconds, the alarm stops going off, but the engine still will not turn on. Then I hold down the off button again for 3-5 seconds and it normally will start after that.
mine is a 2005 dodge stratus sxt 2.4 l. clock is over 80k with only oil changes, tranny fulid changes every 30k, new tires and front brakes. head light bulbs going out. only problem with the car since brand new.
Unplug the wires going to the trunk latch.
It is possible the over drive went out. The tension cable might not be tensing up enough as well it is best to talk to a mechanic to find out what is going on.
on my 1999 it's on left side under coil, under 2 water pipes(3/4) going in and out of engine.
on the 2.5L, there is one going into the intake manifold from the brake booster, also the egr solenoid has one. there is a tube from your intake tube that is a vaccum line.
your oil pressure is lower when the vehicle is idling, could be low do to lack of oil, when was the last time the oil was changed? could also be fuel in the oil. any other problems? I've also had this problem in a 1998 Stratus, and the oil is not low. I'm suspecting the oil pump is going bad, but I haven't looked in the manual yet to find where it is/what it runs off of. -jb9081
