This I'm not sure, but children should get saved at a young age. Once a child reaches the point where they understand sin, then you can witness to them. But kids that are 9,10,11,12,13...years old will probably go to hell because that age frame is old enough to understand alot of stuff and makes alot of choices on their own.

No. The word of God is quite clear that all humankind will die or 'sleep' until their call to the Judgement process. Jesus Christ even died and was entombed for 3 full days and nights before becoming the first to arise. He will be our 'Judge' in the process:

Until recently, the Catholic Church had a solution to this problem, a place called limbo. Unbaptised babies went to limbo until the Last Judgement, when they were released to heaven. However, the Church has now abandoned the notion of limbo, so presumably babies go straight to heaven.
