First check voltage at the main and make sure you have 220 volts coming in. Check the voltage at both peak and off peak hours. If you find low voltage at the main lugs contact you local utility provider.

Depends on what you think it should be doesn't it?

Can you use 10 3 wire for outlets and lights in a home?

You could but is it a total waste of money and is overkill. Use 12/2 with ground on all 120 volt outlets and light switches.

How many outlets and light can you put on a 15amp circuit breaker?

A 30-A outlet would be for a specialized installation, such as for a welder or other high-wattage device. You would typically have a single outlet, although you could certainly have multiple outlets for convenience, as long as there were procedures to prohibit use of more than one at a time.Under no circumstances should any HOUSEHOLD receptacles (15 or 20-Amp) be installed on any branch protected by a 30-amp breaker, as this would cause a fire and electrocution hazard.

Can supply 660volt 50Hz by 660volt 60Hz?

It depends on the nature of the load. For example, a resistive load (e.g. heating) should be no problem whatsoever. But if the load involves magnetic circuits (i.e. transformers, motors, etc.), there may be a problem with overheating which could damage any insulation.

What is the required distance between electrical outlets in a commercial retail space?

You need to think about the utility of the outlets. Will they be near where you need them. You should also alternate circuits so that you have two 20 Amp circuits with one circuit on every other outlet. You also need GFCI. A general residential requirement is any wall location has to be within 6 ft. of an outlet. This is much too far for kitchen counters. I recommend no more than about 3 feet apart in areas where appliances are used.Answer for USAThe NEC requires that any counter top wall space 12 inches or wider shall have a receptacle (outlet) and no point on the wall above a counter shall be more than 24 inches from a receptacle. This would allow you to place receptacles as much as 4 feet apart but this is not adviseable. I like the 3 feet suggestion and have installed them as close as 2 feet myself. Unless there is a serious cost factor, you need to install more than you think you will need. You are required to have at least 2 - 20 amp circuits serving kitchen counters.-------------------------After considering your question further, you are actually asking what is the minimum distance between outlets. There is no minimum distance. You could line them up one right after another continuously along the counter top if you chose to do so, but I don't know why you would. Before you do any work yourselfon circuits, equipment or appliances, ensure the circuit is, in fact, OFF.IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY SURE YOU CAN DO THIS JOBSAFELY AND COMPETENTLYREFER THIS WORK TO QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS.

My household outlets are testing at 160 volts rather than the 110-120v they should be. What could be causing this?

Most likely a faulty neutral connection. Call an electrician or the power company before you damage something. Also see "what is a neutral in electricity." I wrote a detailed explanation of this problem there.

It could be a problem with the transmission. It could also be a problem with the torque convertor. Take it to a reliable mechanic and they should be able to test drive it and tell you what is wrong.

When is it time to see an allergist?

You should take your daughter to her medical doctor. The problem could just be seasonal or she could have an underlining problem. Over the counter medications could work but she needs to be tested first.
