No you cannot
If a debt was listed on a Bankruptcy that you filed and the Bankruptcy went through then that debt is permanently discharged with a Chapter 7.
You can apply for anything you want, you most likely won't get it however until the discharge is listed on the court docket and your credit report is updated.
When you file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, you are responsible for listing all of your debts. Some debts are generally not dischargable (i.e. child support, most taxes, student loans, secured debts, etc.). When you receive a discharge for dischargeable debts, the discharge generally applies to debts listed in your bankruptcy filing and any subsequent amendments. The discharge does not apply to date incurred after you filed bankruptcy and generally does not apply to debts that you failed to list in the bankruptcy.
It generally takes 3-4 months after your meeting of creditors to receive your discharge. The discharge is the court order that says that all of the debts that you have listed in your Chapter 7 are discharged, that you are no longer legally responsible for them and that you are entitled to a fresh start.

Yes, but it must be listed correctly in your bankruptcy paperwork. It must be listed as both an asset and must be exempted for the trustee to return funds to you.
The exact amount is usually not easily determined. The documents have to be prepared with the information available then, but technically the amount is supposed to be as of the date of filing. A discharge applies to all debts and any amounts owed as of the date of filing, regardless of the amount listed in the creditor schedules. Any attempt to collect any part of those debts is in violation of the automatic stay
Unfortunately, your information will remain on the ChexSystems database even after a BK discharge. Chex Systems may add a statement to your report showing that the account was included in the BK, but the reality is, they will continue to hold your record until the 5 year term has lapsed.
Any debt that you accumulate before your bankruptcy filing and have listed on your petition will be eliminated when you receive your discharge as long as your creditors do not file an injunction against you. After you receive your discharge you are welcome and able to open new credit accounts but any debt you accumulate will not be considered a part of the bankruptcy you filed before opening the account.

Hello, I from education can not give you a direct answer, but from experience a discharge can take up to 3 months after the inital court date. All paperwork will be filed, and any funds from the trustee will be distributed within this timeframe. Im not a legal advisor, so this information may vary from state to state. The information listed above was done in the state of Ohio.
