If a female guinea pig squeeks really loud when you touch her stomach is she pregnant?

It really depends on if she has the symptoms of a pregnant guinea pig , So if :
-Her stomach gets bigger more and more often
-She starts drinking less
-She moves around less than usual
-She will start drinking more
-When you feel her stomach and you feel kicking. (witch you can feel after 7 weeks into your guinea pigs pregnancy)
If these symptoms are accurate with your guinea pig than she possibly could be pregnant.
But also your guinea pig could simply have a stomach ache and you should probably call a vet to make sure.
Also some guinea pig's might not like to get touched at certain places, like, ex; My guinea pig will try to get your hand off of her if you touch the end of her nose.
It could be a sign she doesn't like it and she's trying to show you.
So she could be pregnant or simply sick , but you should call a vet or bring her to the vet for more information.
