it would seem correct in theory. if it urinates anyway. but one time my dog was playing with a frog and picked it up with its mouth it urinated and her mouth foamed a little bit but ecsentialy it did no harm. but it cud differ from frog to toad im no expert so i would call my local vet if i were worried. it all depends on circumstances.
shoot it
Nobody can say because you need to know what toxin and how much is in the dogs blood
toxin
It is a toxin released from the frog onto his skin to protect itself. I learned about this while in the U.S. Territory of GUAM. I know the frog comes from Australia and can grow to get pretty big. If they release the toxin and your dog licks or picks the frog up with its mouth it will get them sick and can be fatal for puppies still developing immune systems.

poison dart frog
Frog and Fats!
The number of rats that can die from frog poison varies depending on several factors, including the type of frog and the amount of toxin ingested. Certain frogs, like the poison dart frog, produce toxins that can be lethal in small doses, potentially killing multiple rats if they consume enough of the toxin. However, the exact number is difficult to determine without specific experimental data. Generally, it is known that some frog toxins are highly potent and can be fatal to mammals, including rats.
