Well that depends on your situation. Im assuming you arent together I would tell him you feel that you never want work and your personal life to mix and to make sure of that you want to avoid meeting during work. If you like him let him know that this could go places but work and personal life dont mix. If you dont like him tell him your worried about his personal life interfering with work. This will be hard to tell someone this but its just worth it.
