It might mean that he has changed is mind about you. But it probably means that he has told his friends he likes you and his friends don't aprove. He tells you that he doesnt like you anymore so that his friends wont make fun of him and so that he can stay cool and popular. But my advice is that if a guy likes you and blows you off to stay cool just forget about him cuz he ain't the right guy. Cuz you could find MUCH betta! OK!
