well i think you should not like that guy anymore and move on he likes your friend and tell your friend that if she likes him its ok........ it might hurt but if he was the one he would like you to.... plus he doesnt deserve you!!!!!!!!!!! but yeah still be friends with him.

It could be true but if you want to be absolutely sure i would recommend asking your friend to ask the guy if he likes you. Or you could see who is the guy who you like bests friend and ask him/her if he/she could ask for you.

Ask him what's up with that behavior, it is plainly rude and you shouldn't have to deal with it. If he really likes you he'll care enough to tell you the truth.

Not exactly. It normally means she can trust you and you are a really close friend too her. It depends on the girl if they would want to date/like their friend.
