A lot of inbred cats are cross-eyed, but I haven't seen any other abnormalities because of it. When a male cat gets a whiff of a female in heat, it doesn't matter if its his mother, sister or aunt; it just wants to get some. There is a lot of inbreeding in cats!

Get that kitten to a vet! I can't believe a person would leave a kitten suffer this long no matter how old you are. This kitten is bleeding internally and in great pain!
