Yes and No. It is called testicular torsion. It is actually the spermatic cord that is twisted and this cuts of the blood supply to the testicle. If not corrected this can cause the testicle to die, then it has to be surgically removed. There are implants available for those who lose a testicle though, but just for looks, it won't be functional like a real testicle. The testicle itself cannot really twist, but the problem is still known as testicular torsion and many people think of it as a twisted testicle.
Most males start out with two testicles. If both are OK from the start, one will be enough to still be able to have Children. Losing one is no big deal. If you only have one, and that gets twisted then you may not be able to have kids.
Sport is a common way, if they're not supported correctly then prolongedvigorousmovement can move them out of place, such as running, football, Rugby etc. However this is still notincrediblycommon and you'd know if it'd happened, as long as it's seen to straight away then it's very easily treatable.
Another common way is waking up in the morning, if the room is cold. Going from a warm bed to a cold room will often cause a rapid shrinkage of the scrotum, should a testicle happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time it may get caught up in this and become twisted, either itself, or it'll cross with the other.
Probably Yes. If the other one is working "No Problemo" :-)
If you are in pain, or are worried, better to speak to a doctor. But testicles are generally quite resilient, and no harm is usually done. Still, if in pain, or even slightly worried, see a doctor, who should help in a friendly, useful, helpful and professional manner.
You cannot "grow" testicles. But if you are male you should have testicles and they will develop as you grow.

No, it is injected into a vein, not the testicles.
Cryptorchidism is a medical condition wherein the testicles are undescended. Undescended testicles are testicles that don't move lower into the scrotum.
The location of the testicles is under the penis, in the scrotum.
Urologists treat testicles.
Yes. Your testicles are inside the scrotum.
No. Without testicles, there is nothing to create them.
